If you are still not satisfied please do not hesitate to contact the school on 0121 554 0999 to discuss your concerns further. Your concern or complaint will be raised with a senior member of staff and someone will be in contact to discuss the matter.

In the first instance, please contact the SENCo (Mrs Pannu/Mrs Kullar) to outline your complaint. If you feel that your complaint has not been resolved satisfactorily, please follow the guidance in the Complaints Policy.
Parents can be signposted to SENDIASS (parent support agency) for support.
The SEN Code of Practice outlines additional measures the Local Authority must set up for preventing and resolving disagreements. Parents/carers will be given the necessary information upon request.
